Vandelay Industries ships from our New York distribution floor (800 5th Ave, Floor 18) to all 50 states. Standard freight on orders over $1,499 is free; everything else ships flat-rate by weight class. Office supplies and branded merch leave the dock within 1 business day. Equipment and furniture ship LTL freight — allow 5–7 business days and a liftgate if your dock can’t take a 53-footer.
Bulk & pallet orders
Buying by the case or the pallet? Bulk pricing applies automatically at checkout, and your account’s negotiated rates always win. For anything over a half-pallet, request a quote from any product page and our team will price the freight lane directly.
Returns
Unopened cases may be returned within 30 days for full credit to your account’s AR balance. Latex products are final sale once unsealed (industry regulation — you understand). Equipment carries a 1-year importer’s warranty; file a claim through your buyer portal under Orders → Return.
